Q:What is your return policy?
A:You may return an UNUSED item for a refund for any reason within 7 days. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES. If the item is defective I recommend you contact the manufacturer for a replacement as this will save you shipping fees.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:95% of orders will ship within 7 days. In most cases domestic (US) customers can expect their orders to arrive within 10 days. International times vary. **If delivery time frame is an important issue, please contact me before buying as it varies for different items.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes, worldwide shipping is available! Please be aware that duty (import taxes) will be owed on some items when they arrive in your country.
Q:The post office says they won't deliver my item unless I pay import tax, will you cover this for me?
A:No. You are responsible to pay your own import taxes. When you purchase items outside of your own country sometimes duty is owed on that item. It varies by country and I'm know knowledgable about what the duty is for each country. It's a tax levied by your own country not the US.
Q:Can you just mark "gift" on my customs for so I won't have to pay duty?
A:No. It's our policy to mark all customs forms honestly.
Q:Why isn't my credit card working in your check-out?
A:Only domestic US customers can pay via credit card. All international customers must make payment via Paypal.
